1. Compliance to Islamic Shari'ah
No actions or requests that contravene Islamic Shariah will be accommodated.
2. Documentation & Contract Signing
A comprehensive document will be provided, either drafted by the client or prepared by the company in accordance with the project proposal. If the company prepares the document, it will be reviewed and finalized by the client. This document will outline and confirm the required services and features. Upon finalization, the project will proceed according to the specifications outlined in this document. No additional major features or services will be provided beyond those stipulated in the document. A contract will be signed to formalize this agreement. The document will contain: Project details (design, features), Payment details, Deadline, Review and management policies
3. Additional Features/Services Beyond Document Scope Will Incur Extra Charges
We encourage clients to provide a comprehensive description of their needs prior to contract signing. This will assist us in accurately assessing the budget and developing the project according to the provided documentation. Once the contract is formally signed, any additional features or services not outlined in the document will incur extra charges. Please note that the monthly maintenance fee covers only minor updates and bug fixes, and does not include major features or services. Additional features or services beyond the scope of the contract will be subject to extra payment.
4. Payment Procedure
Once the price is set, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance is due before project handover. Additionally, the monthly maintenance fee must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month. Server/website management is subject to monthly payment.
5. Review Timeframe
The client will be provided with a review period to assess the project for any errors. During this time, any issues identified in accordance with the project document will be addressed and corrected. After this review period, no further error corrections will be provided without additional charges.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. You are advised to review these terms periodically.
